
Nelinda Vega
Psychologist
Nelinda completed her Master of Professional Psychology at the Cairnmillar Institute.
Nelinda works with children and adults experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as a range of stress-related and adjustment difficulties including burnout, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, challenges with motivation and coping, and life transitions. In her work with children and adolescents, she also has an interest in supporting emotional and behavioural regulation, school-related concerns, and social challenges.
Utilising evidence-based practices, Nelinda aims to work collaboratively with clients and their families to support meaningful change and improved wellbeing. She provides a supportive, safe and non-judgemental space for therapy.
Nelinda is available on Mondays and Fridays and is currently accepting new clients.
