Make an Appointment

Introductory Consultations are designed to answer any questions you have about therapy and to allow you to meet our provisional psychologist to make sure you feel comfortable with them. It also allows the provisional psychologist to get a good understanding of your particular issue and make recommendations about the type of treatment you might require.

An Initial Consultation is the beginning of the therapy process where your difficulties will be discussed in detail and a comprehensive personal history will be collected. Additionally, the psychologist will discuss your goals for therapy and outline a provisional treatment plan.
