Psychologist

Amy completed her Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) with Swinburne University and her Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Honours) with Monash University.

Amy has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance addiction, and grief and loss. She also has a special interest in the areas of assisting couples and families, inclusive of all sexual orientations and identities. Amy is happy to treat clients aged 12 years and up.

Her primary therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), however, incorporates skills based on Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness.

Amy is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoons and fortnightly Saturdays.
